here are the details of the awesome upcoming fourth 6i reunion ;DD please please please read it, i spent a REALLY LONG TIME typing everthing out (: i'm sorry if it's too wordy and you have to strain your eyes, but please bear with it for a while, thnks ;DD

time: 1-6 pm
venue: east coast park
attire: we're gonna be running around so please wear something comfortable (: OH wear yr class tee/cca tee/any sch tee if you want ;DD i most probably will be doing that (:
IMPT:
- please leave latest at 6. we dont want you guys getting beaten up by gangsters because we'll be held responsible D:
- upon arriving at ecp, go to macs. if you reach before/at 1pm, we'll be there waiting for you. we'll wait for 5 mins before leaving. if you reach later than that, call us and we'll bring you to where we are. (ie do the same thing as the previous reunion). before 1, we will be scouting for a place with 2 shelters to place our bags and stuff (:

okay this is really impt (duhhh) as it's gonna be kinda hard having a reunion with 0 people or having a lot of people but all are half-dead :b - UMBRELLA/RAINCOATS
lately it's been raining a lot and nea says to expect rainy days, so please please please bring an umbrella. you can agree to share with someone beforehand but i dont want everyone to start running around in random circles when it starts raining. raincoats are fine too (: - HANDPHONES
okay this is kinda like a no-brainer, since those with handphones will surely bring it. but please bring your handphones and make sure they're switched on and not in silent mode, so we will be able to reach you or you will be able to call someone if you get lost thought im sure it's gonna be a wonderful adventure wondering around through east coast park ;DD - FOOD
gosh only very few people brought food for the previous reunion. we may not be pigging out but please bring some snacks in case your stomach starts to grumble :b but of course, if everyone brings food then oohlala we're gonna gain 5kg during the reunion. so either you bring something light (eg. a small packet of chips) or you share what youre gonna bring with a friend (:

ACTIVITIES
we've come up with a few stuff we can do there. they are subject to change depending on what you guys wanna do ;DD see we're so considerate (: sorry no cycling, as everyone will just cycle away and there will be no bonding D:
GROUPING
also, we have grouped you guys into 2 groups, which will be used both for games and our wet weather plan as mentioned below. for games which require 2 groups, you will keep to your group. we have split you guys into your groups based on your friends and uhh... not-so-good friends haha (: if youre unhappy with your group, you can approach us and we'll try to help or you can do mutual swaps ;DD
oh and we shall not disclose which group you guys will be in, it's a surprise! ;DD wheeee (:
WET WEATHER PLAN
as mentioned earlier, we'll be finding 2 shelters where we can place our bags. we'll hide under those shelters (haha sounds funny right) and play simple games/sitting down games. you will keep to your 2 groups mentioned above.
CARDS
we made cards for you guys! nice of us right? so pelase approach us before you leave so we can give you the cards ;DD btw, the cards dont hv weirdo weirdo interesting designs, they're juz cue cards. but there're words on them right, so that's gotta count for something ;DD OH and they helped me (suchen) for my geog and english exam! awesome right! ;DD (okay i sound like a nerd now :X)
